**Post Sales Service Specialist**:

Supports the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Work closely with customers to develop resolution plans, monitor progress, and ensure appropriate closure.
- Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution support via phone and web.
- Interact with technology, supply chain, product management, sales, and field service to provide technical and commercial solutions for customers.
- Work cross-functionally with global teams.
- Document customer cases and actions using case-tracking tools.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience working in Customer support.
- Experience working in Manufacturing, Cost accounting or finance.
- Portfolio Management, Business Strategy and Market Intelligence.
- Knowledge in medium voltage equipment such as breakers, current transformers, relays etc.
- ERP (SAP) FICO Model and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills).
- Strong Leadership, attention to detail, self-critic and excellent customer service attitude.
- Advanced English level.
