This role is vital for staying ahead in the rapidly evolving landscape of Power Apps and Quickbase technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new applications and supporting the citizen developers for our Latam and NA markets.Years of Experience: 3 - 6 years.Key Responsibilities:Application Development: Development of applications using Power Apps (canvas apps, power automate, model driven apps, dataverse and premium connectors) and Quickbase platforms.Assist and Coach Citizen Developers: Mondelez has many citizen developers in the LATAM/NA region. Assist and coach these developers to develop apps. Assist during troubleshooting and provide technical guidance to the citizen developers. Should be able to communicate with them in Spanish and English.Provide Support: Provide support for apps that have gone live in the region based on user requests.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the project manager, development team, and solution architect to ensure successful development and implementation of the assigned apps.Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering with relevant experience in apps development.Experience with Power Apps and Power Platform: Proven experience in the field of Power Platform, with a strong understanding of various technologies and their applications.Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with programming languages such as canvas apps, power flows, model driven apps, and connectors. Familiarity with power platform toolkits and frameworks.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to conduct experiments and analyze data effectively.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and making recommendations. Proficiency in Spanish is a must.
