In this one-year contract role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize reporting tools that drive informed decision-making and operational excellence.Your MissionAs a Commercial Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for:Developing Power BI Reports: Design, standardize, and optimize Power BI dashboards tailored to LATAM markets, ensuring harmonization across sectors to eliminate redundancy and improve productivity.Supporting Strategic Alignment: Adapt existing reports to align with new go-to-market strategies, particularly in the Andean region.Solving Data Challenges: Analyze data-related requests and issues, providing innovative solutions through existing tools or new functionalities.Process Optimization: Implement best practices to enhance reporting efficiency and data governance.Issue Management: Oversee the identification, tracking, escalation, resolution, and reporting of user issues related to commercial data.User Training: Conduct onboarding sessions and training for end users on new reports and functionalities.Performance Tuning: Participate in activities to improve system performance and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather functional business requirements for reporting initiatives.Driving Improvement: Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance the quality and usability of commercial reports.QualificationsWho We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a proactive professional with the following qualifications and skills:Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
