**Job Summary**:
We seek a dynamic and experienced PowerBI Analyst with strong business acumen to join our newly formed Field Reporting Service Team. This team supports the US BBU (Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit) Strategic Field Operations (SFO) department and AZ's US BBU Field Force for their Reporting & Analytics needs.
Essential qualifications include a robust understanding of the pharmaceutical sales industry, coupled with exceptional operational and technical skills in data/analytics & Business Intelligence. Responsibilities include interpreting evolving SFO needs, gathering requirements, translating them into technical terms, and collaborating with the Field Reporting Service Team to develop and oversee technology solutions addressing business challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain interactive PowerBI dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines using SQL.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency in reports and dashboards.
- Perform testing and validation of PowerBI reports and dashboards to ensure functionality and performance
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in PowerBI development best practices.
- Work closely with senior team members to optimize and enhance existing BI solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in PowerBI and business intelligence
**Key Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PowerBI development and data analysis using SQL.
- Strong proficiency in PowerBI Desktop, DAX, Power Query, and PowerBI Service.
- Experience with data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:
- Prior experience or understanding of Pharma marketing analytics.
- Certifications in PowerBI or related technologies.

- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a substantial number of business stakeholders and crossfunctional business partners
- Effective communication and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to develop and effectively present succinct, compelling reviews of independently developed analyses infused with insight and business implications/actions to be considered
- Strategic and critical thinking with the ability to engage, build and maintain credibility with Commercial Leadership Team
- Knowledge of AZ brand and science is highly desirable
