.Job DescriptionAs a Go to Market Sales Jr. Manager for Data Modeler, you will play a key role at data solutions & capabilities. You will execute data-related initiatives in our critical Go-To-Market team by understanding business needs, researching and analyzing appropriate data sources and building dimensional data models that will service those business data needs.Your hands-on SQL and Power BI skills as a data professional will allow you to quickly profile & analyze data sets, even ones with which you lack full business context and familiarity. Your ability to use data itself along with innate curiosity as a method for building contextual knowledge about the business will establish you as a key team member to deliver data solutions.You will partner extensively with data engineers, business partners, data scientists and Power BI developers to design and implement data models that will be scalable, sustainable and extensible to support future requirements, being key to the evolution of data models / analytical solutions from our current state (legacy applications) to the state of the art, delivering common and certified sector data sets (SAP S4, SAP+Legacy).Your role as a data GTM Sales Assoc. Manager will put you at the center of key insights projects for PFNA and position you to quickly build up functional and technical knowledge that will create a myriad of future career path options.As Go to Market Manager / Data Modeler your scope would consist of:Quickly use technical (e.G. SQL), discovery and data profiling techniques to enable team understanding of "what data is available" within the context of specific business needsEffectively communicate findings to both business and technical personnel, and iteratively execute follow-upsUnderstand business needs along with the data available and use to design effective dimensional data models to share with data engineers for technical ETL build.Frame high complex visualization / analytical solutions based on business needs and Pepsico standard platformsBuild Data Definition Language (DDL) constructs iteratively based on feedback from data engineers and evolving business requirements
