Expertise in Service Management and support operations, monitoring tools

Hands-on Importante empresa in analyzing incidenr resolution and perform coxes.

Importante empresa in driving Incident Triage calr incident resolution and closure

Importante empresa in Incident handling tools like ServiceNow or Remedy or HP ALM.

Importante empresa/Exposure to RedHat OpenShift will be an added advantage.

Importante empresa in Java, Springboot API Services

Exposure/Importante empresa in DevOps operating model.

Importante empresa/Exposure to Azure DevOps (formely TFS) will be an added advantage. ITIL and Agile Certification will be an added advantage. Should exible to work on weekends/shifts in case situation demands.
