Communicate and implement strategies, contracts, and pricing to all regions with an overall focus on maintaining good supplier relationships and costs to a minimum to achieve maximum advantage for the company and its customers._What a typical day looks like:- _Establish and manage long term strategic and core supplier relationships and will engage with Flex sites and business segments._- _Excellent use of Excel and PowerPoint_- _Guide the selection, development and management of Core and Strategic Suppliers to meet commodity costs and performance goals._- _Implement programs for supplier selection, supplier performance management and supply base optimization._- _Provide Quotation centers with support from core and strategic suppliers to obtain competitive and timely quotes._- _Monitor current commodity market conditions, technology roadmaps and identify supply/demand challenges.
