Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Software Engineer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, in the John Deere Dealer Business System program, you will be a member of a delivery scrum team and work with multiple stakeholders to build and implement solutions that improve the capability, reliability, and efficiency of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) ERP.Convert business requirements into high-quality solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.Communicate with relevant stakeholders to continually demonstrate, refine, and improve our products.Operate within an Agile/Scrum team and participate in team Scrum events.Work alongside the Deere Product Manager and 3rd-party functional consultants to develop a deep understanding of the constantly evolving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform.Collaborate with the scrum team, analyzing medium to high complexity requests and helping to formulate plans for execution (with minimum supervision).Provide production support of the system.What Skills You Need6+ years of Dynamics AX, D365 Finance and Operations (F&O) development experience, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.Experience working with software test automation techniques (Test Driven Development) and Unit Test Frameworks.Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions.Understanding of ERP tools and related business processes.Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment.Ability to analyze and solve medium to high complexity application problems.What Makes You Stand OutMicrosoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer (MB-500) certification or equivalent experience strongly desired.X++ development using extensions and custom service development in X++ is preferred.Previous experience with C# and/or .NET framework is strongly desired.Appetite for continuous learning and willingness/dedication to develop deep technical skills needed to further develop, transform, and modernize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Commerce products, processes, and solutions.Previous experience working with Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.Capable of collaborating with multiple business stakeholders to provide information technology solutions.Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.EducationBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in a related career field.This position will be posted for a minimum of 10 business days and unposted when a qualified pool of candidates is achieved.Candidates must have the necessary work permits to work in the country.
