Key Job Elements
- Support Power BI developers with best practices and resource monitoring
- Create gateway connections for Power BI and PowerApp
- Primary support for design and access to Power BI through Pro and Premium Capacity platforms
- Exploring Power BI new features
- Scripting of repetitive tasks, such as standing up infrastructure or powering off and on environments.
- Configure and setup the Virtual networking in Azure
- Monitoring data refreshes and report performance metrics
- Set up monitoring in Azure for security and events.
Setup triggers on those events to create alerts for any potential problems
- Other Power BI Administrative responsibilities as needed
Qualifications, Experience, Education
- Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, or related Technology field, Engineering, Math, Accounting or Finance
- Understand Azure Storage & S3 and how they support initiatives such as PowerBI and other products
- Understanding of Power BI Pro, Embedded, and Premium, how they work, and how to setup the data connectors.
- Understand Role based access controls in Azure, Power BI, and 365
- Understand basic security principles and implement them in Azure for logging, ACL's, Roles, etc
- A clear understanding of core Cloud Computing services is highly crucial for an Azure platform-specific job role.
Needs to understand the basic functioning of Networking, Databases, Software, and Servers in the Cloud.
- Experience in using products such as PowerShell and Office 365 to support integration with Azure.
Expertise in any one of the programming languages.
Basic knowledge in open-source frameworks such as ASP.NET and programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL Server, and HTML5 is

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
