Iztapalapa, CDMX México (Indicar FINSA 20 EN WAZE) ResponsibilitiesSupport and implement quality control processes to achieve the highest quality standards.Perform lean assessments on supply chain process and fulfillment system performance, proposing change initiatives to reduce cost and optimize capacityDevelop and maintain work instructions for operator stations and equipment operationsCollaborate with Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Quality Control teams to resolve technical problems and implement required changesManage capital investment projects, such as building renovations or additions, and process improvementsCreate and maintain cost-effective process area layouts throughout the facility RequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Research, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Clinical Trials environmentStrong knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and techniques, with shown implementation experiencePPI certification is a plusProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERPs, and other software used within the supply chainProven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentBy joining our team as a PPI Business System Specialist II, you will play an integral role in driving efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement within our organization.
