**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for technical problem definition and solution in manufacturing environment.- Develop tools that enable manufacturing, aid process improvement or address safety concerns. Frequent use of general/technical knowledge and industry/functional practices, techniques, and standards.- Determines the most efficient sequence of operations and work flow, and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.- Prepares cost estimates for proposed projects and evaluates cost factors.- Plans and designs facilities and layout for manufacturing processes and equipment, taking into account economic factors, process flow, operator efficiency and comfort.- Assignments usually consist of providing engineering economics support (cost estimates, facilitating achievement of cost requirements/targets) on stand-alone product development efforts.- Plan, execute (facilitate) and document moderately difficult engineering economics challenges.- Maintain awareness of the technological state-of-the-art and of the Company's competitive position in the assigned area.- Solves IE problems of various levels of complexity.**Qualifications**:- Industrial Engineering or any other related field (electronics, mechatronics or mechanical).- English 90%.- Minimum 3 years of experience.- GD&T knowledge.- Visa required.- Experience in Lean Manufacturing.Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
