As a Senior PR Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing PR strategies, building media relationships, and enhancing our brand visibility and reputation in the travel industry.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns to promote TripShepherd, its products/services, and key initiatives.- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure media coverage, interviews, features, and partnerships.- Create press releases, media pitches, press kits, and other PR materials to effectively communicate key messages, announcements, and news about TripShepherd.- Organize and coordinate media events, press conferences, product launches, and PR initiatives to generate buzz, excitement, and media coverage.- Monitor media coverage, press mentions, and industry trends to track PR performance, sentiment, and impact, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.- Respond to media inquiries, interview requests, and crisis communications in a timely and professional manner to protect and enhance TripShepherd's reputation.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, and leadership to align PR efforts with overall business goals, campaigns, and messaging.- Measure and report PR metrics, KPIs, and ROI to stakeholders and management, and leverage data insights to optimize PR strategies and tactics.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.- 5+ years of proven work experience as a PR Specialist, Publicist, or similar senior role in the travel, tech, or related industry.- Strong media relations skills with a track record of securing media coverage, interviews, and PR opportunities in top-tier media outlets.- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling press releases, pitches, and PR materials.- Experience organizing and managing media events, press conferences, and PR campaigns from concept to execution.- Knowledge of PR tools, platforms, and metrics to track PR performance, monitor media coverage, and measure PR impact.- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to develop and execute PR strategies aligned with business objectives and target audiences.- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.- Passion for travel, technology, and storytelling, with a keen understanding of media trends, industry landscapes, and PR best practices.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary based on experience and skills.- Opportunities for career growth, learning, and development.- Flexible work schedule and remote work options.- Health and wellness benefits
