- Must be English fluent (verbal and writing)
- Ability to work independently and with an organized and disciplined approach.
**Responsabilities**
- Coordination of logistics from around the globe (usually from USA) according to Mexico Outage commitments.
- Preparation of documents to comply with Mexico transit regulations (Carta Porte, CFDI)
- Monitor tooling rental fees status and ensure logistics are properly set up to return tooling to tool depots.
- Preparation of documents to comply with Mexico customs regulations related with the merchandise import (NOMs fulfillment letters, temporary import documents).
- Coordination of purchase orders for customs broker and carriers to fulfill import and export tooling process.
- Technical clarifications of use and function of tooling that is being imported to allow the customs broker properly to classify the merchandise.
