San Luis Potosi, MX, 78423Objective of the PositionThis position brings support to achieve the implementing, maintaining, and controlling the timely response to customer requirements, as well as determining corrective and preventive actions to solve problems with internal and external customers.Responsibilities:Ensure timely response to requirements from internal and external customers.Support coordination of responses to customers.Coordinate and analyze the root causes of problems with finished products based on problem-solving tools (8Ds, 5 Whys, KPM, PPSR, DDWs, etc.) in the event of quality/logistics failures.Ensure the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions in the event of quality/logistics problems with internal and external customers in coordination with the responsible people and/or areas.Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality/logistics standards.Maintain open lines of communication with customers to gather first-hand quality/logistic information on product performance and address any existing customer complaints.Responsible for relevant documentation of internal and external customer claims.Requirements:Professional career: BD
