During this one-year program, you will learn and gain experience in the industry, with the possibility of a full time position with us!
**Trainee position: Talent Acquisition Specialist Trainee**

**Members of this trainee program will be working directly with our iTJuana Team!

**Requirements**:

- Studying last year of university or recently gratuated
- Conversational English
- Good grades/GPA
- Availability of 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday)
- Motivated to learn and work on a corporate environment
- **Student must be located in Tijuana, Mexico**
