Descripción y detalle de las actividadesRegular Job Duties/Responsibilities 1. Use MRP and knowledge of production to schedule manufactured parts. 2. Work with the production supervisors to insure timely delivery of parts in an effort to meet the master plan. 3. Monitor inventory levels of assigned parts with a continual effort to meet inventory goals. 4. Communicate NMRs, supplier related. Request RMA and related data to process NMRs in a timely manner. 5. Notifies Value Stream of any production problems, critical shortages and/or capacity constraints which prevent meeting the master schedule and/or customer orders. 6. Adhere to stockroom guidelines for picking runs and helps to establish priorities on picklists and shortage sheets. 7. Work closely with other planners and master scheduler to achieve customer service goals. 8. Support implementation of new scheduling techniques, i.E., JIT, and Auto-replenishment, SIR. 9. Promote the Quality Improvement Process. 10. Perform other similar or related duties as assigned or required. 11. Responsible for Sales order release on a rotating basis. 12. Responsible for purchasing materials effectively and in a timely manner according to the MRP-Material requirements planning.Experiência y requisitos(Bilingual English/ Spanish).
