**Education / Experience Required**:

- Associate degree or higher (preferred) or equivalent level of related experience 1 year experience in customer service within a call center setting.
Background in service industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills necessary attention to detail and accuracy.
- Appliance knowledge would be helpful.
- Previous service contact experience a plus.
- Experience in appliances and electronics repair is preferred.
