Pre-Boarding Support Specialist

At Manpower Group, we are looking for your talent as:Pre-Boarding Support SpecialistRequirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources).Experience in HRIS systems, Workday preferred.Knowledge of employment and hiring practices and regulations, industry practices, products, and methodologies.Serving as preboarding support and services in a fast-paced environment for various client groups.Day-to-day support for preboarding related service tickets, processes, transactions, escalations, and program/event support (including offer letters, employment agreements, background checks, drug screens, and other preboarding documentation and processes).Provides a positive customer experience for functional stakeholders, external candidates, employees, HRMs, and people managers to deliver efficient services.Continuous communication to People Leaders to ensure a positive hire experience within preboarding and beyond, ensuring new hires have a warm welcome.Operate within the compliance guidelines while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.Desired Characteristics:Experience in background check review.Ability to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Sueldo: $35,000 MXN Mensual Categoría: Recursos humanos Subcategoría: Administración de personal Localidad: México-Nuevo León-Monterrey Sector: Servicios Giro: Servicios de Outsourcing, Head Hunter y Consultoría en R.H.
