**PRE-COMMISSIONING ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR** required by our Client to be assigned on a Contract basis, located in Mexico.**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**The Quality Control Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the pre-commissioning and commissioning phases of projects. They are responsible for conducting thorough inspections, identifying, and addressing non-conformances, and maintaining accurate documentation.- Project Oversight:- Demonstrate good understanding of Brownfield and Greenfield projects.- Monitor pre-commissioning progress against project requirements.- Identify potential schedule delays and recommend mitigation actions.- Contribute to the sign-off process of pre-commissioning task sheets.- Interface and communicate effectively with construction teams to optimize schedules.- Ensure system Clients are assigned and that punching, hold, and witness points are consistently applied.- Inspection and Compliance:- Conduct thorough inspections of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.- Verify compliance with company HSE procedures, standards, and project schedules.- Monitor the proper succession of pre-commissioning and commissioning sequences.- Follow established procedures for EasyPlant database preparation.- Verify pre-commissioning and commissioning files and corresponding dossiers.- Monitor progress of pre-commissioning activities and report findings.- Reporting and Documentation:- Submit weekly reports to superiors and prepare special reports as required.- Maintain accurate and comprehensive inspection records.- Collaboration and Support:- Assist commissioning teams with commissioning and handover activities.- Review generated reports and provide support and guidance as needed.- Additional Duties:- Carry out any other duties or tasks assigned by superiors.**EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or inspection in Oil and Gas Industry.- Strong understanding of pre-commissioning and commissioning processes.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
