Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-**Responsibilities**:- Responsible of scheduling a One-piece flow model mix production system using leveling calculation analysis for all different family models.- Responsible of inventory production management, discrepancy analysis and detection, implementing projects using Lean Tools to improve WIP and raw material inventory.- Responsible of Cost/ Waste analysis, implementing activities for cost reduction improvement, using lean manufacturing techniques.- Responsible of analysis and verification on SAP material parameters, routings and multilevel bill of material for engineering change, model year change and service parts, ensuring correct system consumption (Backflush veracity).- Responsible for scheduling the production of service parts and coordinating the different departments involved to ensure effectiveness on schedule attainment.**Job Skills & Qualifications**:- 3 years of experience in production planning management.- Knowledge in SAP System (Modules MM, PP)- Advance excel skills- Bilingual (80% English-Spanish) oral and writing.- Autonomous and discipline oriented- Team work and negotiation skills.- Bachelor's degree (Industrial, Manufacturing or Process Engineering).LI-VR1
