**Pre & Post Technical Support Specialist**:

**Your responsibilities**:
- Support all pre-sales customer activities (price & availability, quote status, and presales technical questions).
- Provide technical support for ABB electrical distribution and control products focused on data centers, and food & beverage industries.
- Respond promptly to requests for installation, product drawings, and publications.
- Provide troubleshooting and problem-resolution support via phone and web.
- Work closely with customers to develop resolution plans, monitor progress, and ensure appropriate closure.
- Prepares and delivers technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on product issues.
- Prepares and checks technical documents for submittals to customers.
- Promote ABB Sales opportunities by providing timely competitor-to-ABB product cross-reference support. Proactive communication with the sales team and other internal functions to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the resolution of post-sales customer requests/complaints/disputes/returns by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Feeder Factory Quality, and other internal/external teams.
- Be an escalation point for technical issues reported by customers.
- Develops the skills and competencies in young talent to create a highly effective and efficient team. Work cross-functionally with global teams.
**Your background**:
- BS in electrical, electronic, mechanic, or related engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of in-depth knowledge of ABB and GE Electrical component products or similar.
- High energy level, self-starter, highly analytical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a strong customer service mindset.
- Experience in residential, data centers, and food & beverage industries.
- Ability to read and interpret elementary and control diagrams.
- Ability to interact positively and effectively with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Sales, Manufacturing, Product Management) and external customers.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and a sense of urgency in dealing with tasks.
- Strong team orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
