We're in the process of rapidly scaling our close-knit team and we're looking for leaders who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership!The Pre-Sales team are the bridge between sales and customer success, supporting the sales team in scoping out the real value in every deal. The Pre Sales Operations Analyst works with the Head of Pre-sales to draft and execute processes & strategies for the operations of a highly performant team working on top projects in identity across various industries.ResponsibilitiesReview the sales strategy of the top enterprise accounts.Align on the strategy with the sales reps and track its progress on a weekly basis.Prepare reports on the status of strategy to be presented to the leadership team.Oversee the process of technical diligence with the lead of pre-sales.Ensure that all proof of concepts are well documented.Review progress of required product work with the product team for the GTM needs.Ensure the pre-sales team is functioning efficiently, identifying opportunities to improve processes and iterating on them.Work with the business operations team to provide visibility of the pre-sales & strategy team's KPI performance to the company week over week.RequirementsBS degree in Engineering, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a consultant, business analyst position, or technical pre-sales role.Previous experience in an enterprise SaaS environment is highly desirable.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.Experience in integration and implementation of web-based platforms and mobile apps.Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive business problems.Familiarity and/or curiosity for biometrics or identity software as well as AI software is ideal.Proven track record of resolving issues and risks in a cross-functional and collaborative way.Confident, and able to easily build relationships when working with customers and internal partners.Naturally curious, eager to learn, and proactive in sharing knowledge with others.Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency in delivering demos, POCs, and proposals for customers.Highly motivated, able to multi-task, and resourceful.Fluent in English (must)
