Supporting the sales team in scoping out the real value in every deal.
The Pre Sales Operations Analyst works with the Head of Pre-sales to draft and execute processes & strategies for the operations of a highly performant team working on top projects in identity in a myriad of industries.
**Responsibilities**- Review the sales strategy of the top enterprise accounts- Align on the strategy with the sales reps and its progress on a weekly basis- Prepare reports for the status of strategy to be presented to leadership team- Overview the process of technical diligence with the lead of pre-sales- Ensure that all proof of concepts are well documented- Review progress of required product work with the product team for the GTM needs- Ensure the pre-sales team is functioning in an efficient way, identity opportunities to improve the processes and iterate on them- Work with the business operations team to give visibility of the pre-sales & strategy team's KPI performance to the company week over week**Requirements**:- BS degree in Engineering, or related field- Minimum 3 years' in a consultant, business analyst position, or technical pre-sales role experience.- Previous experience in an enterprise SaaS environment highly-desirable
