An individual with a passion for understanding customers and prospective customers' needs, a critical-thinker, and one that is creative in providing solutions. You will work closely with the Sales team to provide technical presales support to sales engagement.
**The main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to**:
- Provide pre-sales support and technical expertise to Open iT Sales Organization and Partners
- Scope technical solutions and align product to customers' business by interpreting customer requirements.
- Help with existing and new customers understand features and benefits of Open iT solutions through consultations, product demonstrations, onboarding and training.
- Communicate product requirements, setup, and statuses.
- Assisting with RFI or RFP delivered by a prospect
- Represent Open iT at events such as conferences, webinars, speaking engagements, etc.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Current residence in Queretaro, Mexico.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and client-facing skills
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated technical skills (e.g software proficiency, technical writing, programming, data analysis, etc.)
- Ability to assimilate new information, understand highly technical concepts, and learn new technologies quickly
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline driven environment yet providing accurate solutions
- Ability to work effectively both independently as well as within a team
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in IT related field
- Experience in the IT Sales Cycle.
- Experience working with different client-server architectures, VMs, Networks, etc.
- Experience with customer-facing job or position
