Precast Area Supervisor

RHI Magnesita is seeking a Precast Area Supervisor. This role will sit in Tlalnepantla, MX!
Is responsible for overseeing the precasting process and ensuring the efficient operation of the production line. You will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards, meeting production targets, and leading a team of dedicated individuals.
Your expertise in precasting techniques and ability to manager resources effectively will be essential in driving our success.
**The Precast Area Supervisor's tasks include**:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Programming and follow-up of activities in masses and mortars area.
- Coordinate and schedule precasting activities to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
- Lead and supervise a team of precasting operators, ensuring their adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Control and follow-up of performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate production records, including inventory management and production reports.
- Development of improvement projects in process.
- Follow-up of evaluations, payroll and attendance of personnel in charge.
About you
**Do you have**:
- At least 3 years of experience as a production supervisor or similar position.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Materials or related.
- Personnel administration and management experience.
- Management of crews of at least 20 people.
- Training in ISO 45001 / 14001 is a plus.
- English is required (intermediate
- advanced).
- Resource management.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of production metrics (OEE, HH/T, Scrap, Lean Manufacturing).
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- General knowledge in areas of Safety, Quality, Maintenance in manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
- Oriented to continuous improvement and achievement of results.
- Problem solving.
- Availability of time.
