**What you'll do**:
A. Primary role that responds to and triage Predict Pulse critical alarms and predictive alerts.
C. Responsible for data collection and managing Lost Communications reporting
D. Lost Commuications alarms received through the PredictPulse administrative portal.
E. Provide verbal and written technical support for internal and external customers
F. Support field technicians and tech support with PredictPulse activations and associated work order and/or part requests.
G. Help the team meet KPI's (key performance indicators)
H. Ability to perform assigned duties in a team atmosphere while also having the ability to work independently

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor degree in a technical field necessary.
Minimum customer interaction experience (3 years)

**Skills**:

- Technical knowledge
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Engineering/Computer Science/IT/ or other Technology field
- Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
- High Ability to speak, write, and read English - Fully bilingual

Preferred:
- Minimum of 2 years Software and Connectivity experience
