Project descriptionAutomotive Presales within the Automotive line of business is the dedicated center for presales support and bid management, which provides services to internal presales contributors.The principal objective of the Presales Manager is to support business-generating activities by taking on the role of coordinator and driver in internal presales processes and bid activities. Internal clients for the Presales Manager are Management, Sales, Engineering, and Solutions Organizations.Understanding of Presales and Bidding processes in the area of outsourcing is key for this role. The multiple tasks workload is planned to be common, so the successful candidate ought to work under a pressing time schedule, be keen on prioritizing, and skillful in smart solutions.Our team: Automotive Presales is 13 people.Opportunities: interesting business domain, friendly result-driven atmosphere, open career opportunities for proactive confident candidates.ResponsibilitiesBid Management:Form the cross-department Bid team.Facilitating interdepartmental communication for projects.Running and steering of bid teams.Drive the process of developing proposals: coordination meetings organization, coordination of proposal preparation, initiate proposal validation and approval, integrate proposal parts from different sources into a single proposal document; complete standard proposal parts.Understand the business impact of deals and evaluate prioritization.Understand the setup of frame contracts & be able to support managing them.Participation in Customer negotiations.Presales Management:Support Sales and Account Management with opportunities pipeline check, clean-up, and update.Reports for Management, make data-driven impartial recommendations to sales leaders.Advise on best bidding practices and approaches.Control correctness and completeness of Opportunities in Salesforce CRM.SKILLSMust have:Friendly & professional & polite communication style.Sense for professional representation.Experience in business development area/tender management.Previous experience related to Presales and Bidding processes.Experienced user of Microsoft Office.Advanced written and spoken English.Experience of using Salesforce (or other CRM systems), Confluence.Analytical and systemizing mindset.Self-organized, proactive, positive.Easy and proactive communication style.Result-driven personal confidence.Getting things "done" attitude.Automotive business background.Nice to have:Automotive background.#J-18808-Ljbffr
