.**RH: Omar Gonzalez****Position**:Presales Support Role**Experience level**:Middle**Education level**:Bachelor Degree**Location**:Aguascalientes**Industry - Sector**:Sales**What you'll do?**- Project Management: Capture RFP/RFI requirements, collaborate with stakeholders to track and ensure timely delivery in response to client requirements, and proactively address and escalate issues to remove obstacles.- Content Analysis: Analyze RFP/RFI documents to capture client deliverables, evaluation criteria, and project scope.- Content Writing: Leverage our Industrialized Knowledge Warehouse (IKW) and other tools to address FAQs and standard questions posed in client RFP/RFIs.- Proposal Development: Coordinate with content/section owners to build well-structured, persuasive, and compliant proposals aligning with client needs and our capabilities that meet submission requirements and deadlines.- Knowledge Management: Collaborate with the TLC Knowledge Management team to help maintain an organized and up-to-date proposal library, including templates, boilerplate content, and case studies for future use.- Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit proposals for clarity, grammar, and consistency. Ensure all materials are error-free and adhere to Capgemini guidelines.
