Preschool Teacher Aid (Auxiliar De Preescolar)

**Teacher Aid**Madison International School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher's Aid to support our vibrant learning environment. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and student success.**Key Responsibilities**:- Assist homerooms teachers with daily instruction and classroom management.- Support students with individual learning needs, providing one-on-one assistance where required.- Prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.- Supervise students during non-instructional times, such as lunch and recess.- Help maintain a positive and organized learning space.- Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.- Provide additional support during school activities and events as needed.- Supervise students and prepare activities for our after-classes daycare program.**Qualifications**:- Bachelors degree related to education.- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards helping students learn.- English language proficiencyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $12,000.00 - $13,500.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
