**The opportunity**:
- Develop custom PowerPoint decks tailored to specific project goals and audience requirements.
- Utilize advanced PowerPoint features to enhance presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project objectives and integrate textual and visual content effectively.
- Translate complex data, concepts, and ideas into clear, visually appealing slides.
- Ensure all presentations adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in fonts, colors, and overall style.
- Enhance and modernize existing templates and slides while preserving the brand's identity.
- Proofread presentations for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors.
- Optimize decks for different formats, including print, online viewing, and live presentation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement revisions promptly.

**What you need**:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations; a portfolio of work is highly desirable.
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout design, and typography.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to simplify complex information and present it in a visually appealing way.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Flexibility and creativity to adapt designs based on changing project requirements.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Excel.
- Familiarity with emerging presentation software and trends.
**Benefits**
