- Follow implementation of DMDs, VVTs, and general specifications requested for VS.
- Support quality/customer audits.
- Assist with fixtures and tools: designing, acceptance validation, release, and implementation in the production process.
- Support validation of new part number implementations and new line launches.
- Eliminate non-value-added activities.
- Maintain constant communication with CN colleagues to understand changes and newrequirements and communicate them to the MFP group.Identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and vulnerabilities in the process and provide training forengineers and technicians to address them systematically.
- Authority and responsibility to initiate action to prevent nonconformity, identify and record allproblems related to pressing system technology safety and quality systems, initiate orrecommend solutions, verify the effectiveness of solutions, and control further processing or delivery of the non-conformance until resolved.QualificationsEDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.LANGUAGE: Advanced English.SKILLS:

- Deep knowledge of press in process.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Experience assembling small components.
- Experience with measuring systems and load cells, including the use of dynamometers.
- Knowledge in precision engineering/assembly technology or electronics.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Experience calibrating load cells/presses.
- Knowledge of traceability systems (MES, MIS).
- Proficiency in CAD design software: SolidWorks or other mechanical design software.
- Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
