Coordinating spot requests within the network, managing price quotations related to air, ocean, and road transport for specific customers, while being the main point of communication contact with customers.Main ResponsibilitiesOperations:Management of the deadline set by our customers and according to customer-specific operational procedures.Ensure that quote requests are updated in our internal systems and distributed timely across our network.Make decisions when and where appropriate in alignment with internal processes and procedures, considering that the team's goal is to increase the rate of success, net revenue and provide exceptional customer service.Always ensure compliance is met in daily work, including internal policies and procedures and external government regulations or customer policies/requirements.Understand the flow of the department's processes, constantly looking for improvement opportunities.Ensure to follow at all times the standard operating procedures and processes.Work with the team to meet KPI standards as per company procedures.Relationship:Develop and maintain a good relationship with partner branches within the network in order to coordinate and increase the win ratio.Maintain a close liaison with our account management team to meet timely the customers' requirements and standards.Keep daily track of ad-hoc quote requests from customers using the internal tools, with the aim of improving our performance with the customer and providing exceptional customer service.Analyze:Conduct and track internal/external weekly/monthly reports to manage performance, increase net revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.Constantly look for opportunities of improvement based on experience and operational reports.QualificationsLogistics experience (air, ocean and/or road) (operations or quoting).Understanding the transport documentation process (preferred).Attention to detail should be a natural feature.Must have the ability to prioritize and work with deadlines.Good knowledge and understanding of Incoterms.Willingness to work in a team, ability to listen, understand and communicate effectively to achieve positive results.Proactive and strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently by following the processes and instructions, with remote supervision.Competent in Microsoft Office suite 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
