Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be responsible for reporting of monthly Global and North America pricing results and variance analysis.- This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be the focus of projects for Industrial and Aftermarket Replacement Markets within the United States and Canada reporting to the Director of Strategic Pricing.- Your objective/goals will be responsible for completing strategic pricing and data analytics that are highly visible within the organization.**Key responsibilities**:- Consolidate and report monthly price results. Analyze variances and trends. Assist in budgeting and forecasting process.- Use pricing and financial tools and models to produce accurate product and customer price and profitability assessments and assist in evaluation of business opportunities.- Support manager and Sr. Analysts in development and implementation of pricing and profitability projects.- Support Pricing, Product and Sales team in analyzing business problems related to pricing and profitability.**ABOUT YOU**- 2-4 years" experience in Pricing, Finance or Analytics- BA/BS in Finance, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or Economics preferred- Self-motivated, able to work effectively supporting a US team remotely- Strong English verbal and written communication skills- Excellent Financial Analysis and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills- Data visualization experience preferred- Strong ability to compile, interpret and present complex pricing and profitability analysis- Demonstrates entrepreneurial attitude, intellectual curiosity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building collaborative relationships- Organized, able to support and manage multiple initiatives and projects, flexible to accommodate changing business needs and fixed deadlines.**WHY GATES?**Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates is publicly traded on the NYSE.
