Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.About the role: Reporting to the FP&A Senior Manager, the **Pricing Manager** is primarily responsible for driving profitability growth of business for Mexico and Peru by executing effective pricing and incentives strategies. Develop and manage pricing data analytics for analysis, modeling, and reporting on factors that impact pricing and profitability. Leading a team of 2, this person will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Risk and Wholesale team to lead the analysis and modeling for pricing activities. This role will also require working with local and IO senior leadership as well with GMM pricing team to develop commercial offer & pricing proposals that support volume and profitability targets.What you need:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or, Business Administration- 3+ years of work related experience in Pricing, Financial Modeling and/or Analysis- MBA is a plus- Fluent in both English & Spanish (will be evaluated)- Strong analytical and numerical skills. Ability to analyse complex information and make effective decisions- Strong organizational and time management skills- Advanced knowledge and use of MS Excel (Macros) with willignness to learn new systems (i.E. SAS, Oracle)- Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines- Open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances- Quick learner- Strong customer centric orientation- Strong oral, written and presentation skills; Must have ability to influence, communicate and negotiate collaboratively with Senior Management and stakeholders.What you will be doing:- Executing effective pricing and incentives strategies- Develop and maintain pricing models and ad hoc reports based on themes and concepts in the market to support business decision making- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Risk, IO Pricing Teams in providing timely and accurate pricing proposals- Support GMF negotiations with GMM as required by providing recommendations and counterproposals, along with modelling the financial and operational implications of the commercial terms- Influence enterprise profitability through analysis and recommendations for pricing strategies- Ensuring technical coherence of pricing data and codes in the Profitability Models- Lead the Local Pricing Committee, including managing the annual calendar, preparing the agenda and coordinate among the areas that contribute to the content of the meeting
