You will be working as part of a pricing operations team that is challenged with implementing the overall pricing strategy directiom the SIBG divisions. This position reports to the SIBG USAC Pricing Operations Manager.Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to tllowing: Meeting with Area Portfolio Managers to understand current pricing strategy, and the competitive environmentImplementation of price processes and price chanr the areaLeads and validates data staging and auditsWorks to drive pricing and policy consistency across business units and assist in providiedback to creating playbooks that unify the SIBG pricing guidelinesResponsibr sharing information to the Area pricing team regarding standard and deviated priciom business units assignedCollaborates closely with pricing specialist team members across business units to improve pricing efficiencies.Works within the area team to proviedbar area pricing tools as well as assistsin any necessary training neer area portfolio marketersLeads special pricing simplification projeccused on pricing analytics, interpreting data, providing pricing insights, and providing recommendatior improvement to pricing operations team and area portfolio leaders.Basic Qualifications3 years of combined Importante empresa in pricing operations and/or data analytics.Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively across businesses and operations teams.Familiarity with pricing waterfalls and pricing levers in SAP.Strong knowledge of Vendavo, SAP, Excel, Power BI, Access.Undergraduate degree required.Busineuency in English.Preferred QualificationsStrong time management and ability to be self-directed.Excellent communication and presentation skillsSupporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically anancially.
