**Description**:
The Pricing and Programs Specialist is responsible for analyzing designated markets and segments, as well as customers and products offered in the distribution channel, for the planning and management of high-impact marketing efforts. Under the direction of the Marketing Manager and working closely with the sales team and other support teams to understand the market and its needs, this role will develop, manage, and track the execution and measurement of strategic Pricing and Loyalty Program components. This role requires continuous analysis of market trends and changes to ensure the most suitable strategies, as well as a deep understanding of customers to strengthen or create loyalty bonds to achieve business and operational objectives
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Continuously update market trends and changes in the pumping/water market** for planning and executing appropriate strategies.
- **Understand and drive corporate strategy** through projects in line with the company's mission and vision for Latin America.
- **Develop price lists **for different territories after conducting in-depth analysis of positioning, cost, and quality of each product.
- **Schedule discounts and prices** in the system for each client in every territory.
- **Analyze margins** of each product to ensure the profitability of operations without compromising the necessary positioning for each product line.
- **Communicate promotions and/or changes in products** internally and externally effectively and timely.
- **Analyze requests for special prices** to compete in projects or specific cases, always evaluating the product against competition and its profitability.
- **Collect extensive information about customers, products, sales, and competitors** for proper planning, execution, and tracking of programs.
