The overall goal of the Pricing Team is to ensure that our product offerings are properly valued and competitively priced in the market place allowing WorldStrides to continue to achieve growth goals and maintain market leadership in educational travel.
The main objective of the role is to manage the sales approval process by offering expertise in the systems, tools, procedures, and policies.
Serve as an internal resource through outstanding internal customer service and ensure that pricing accuracy.
Essential Functions and Primary Role:
- Proof and approve Registration Letters originated from Sales.
- Work closely with Sales and Fulfillment to ensure accurate product and timely delivery.
- Assist with special pricing requests and audits, as requested
- Safeguard the accuracy and confidentiality of Pricing information.
- Proof materials to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Assist Pricing Managers with pricing rollout, testing, documentation, and special projects.
- Customer Service First (internal).
Proactive and prompt follow-up.
- Facilitate and/or perform training of staff members as requested.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Manage multiple projects and exhibit effective organization.
- Foster communication within the Pricing Team, with other departments, and with management.
- Build relationships with key business leaders.
- Seek out and participate in internal and external programs that facilitate personal and professional growth.
- Identify and discuss personal and professional growth goals with supervisor.
- Track days off; write and deliver self-performance appraisal on an annual basis.
- Tour Central, Field Specialist, or on-site coordinating support as assigned (1-2 stints per year).
Pay: $12,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month
