Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with the client (Hiring Manager) through understanding the different business streams and position requirements.
Provides support to Manufacturing Hiring Managers on a daily basis
Proactively understand business-staffing levels.
Create job postings and ensure internal and external posting and distribution according to our service level agreements.
Experience and understanding in developing strategies that can be utilized by clients groups, builds cases based on facts and data, includes ideas of others in proposals, has ability to deliver an effective message, feels comfortable presenting any proposal at all levels within the organization, finds way to resolve conflict and reach consensus, utilizes appropriate tools to facilitate meetings and presentations, knows how to reach closure on a project, effectively uses follow up to complete assigned tasks
Coordinate employer brand, recruitment strategy
This position will have to work with different vendors to ensure the data and policy follow up
Maintains a customer service orientation in all interactions
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee data and other HR information

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
Advanced English speaking and writing
Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience with high call cent volume hiring requirements
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and self-manage in a deadline oriented environment with frequent interruptions
A proactive and positive approach combined with agility and a "can do" attitude.
Strong collaboration, customer service and communication skills
