Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with the client (Hiring Manager) through understanding the different business streams and position requirements.Provide support to NMAC Hiring Managers on a daily basis.Proactively understand business staffing levels.Create job postings and ensure internal and external posting and distribution according to our service level agreements.Source talent utilizing the internal applications and external boards.Support recruitment lifecycle in accordance with Service Level Agreements: screen, interview, assess candidates and deliver the employment offer process.Experience and understanding in developing strategies that can be utilized by client groups, build cases based on facts and data, include ideas of others in proposals, deliver effective messages, present proposals at all levels within the organization, resolve conflict and reach consensus, facilitate meetings and presentations, reach closure on projects, and effectively use follow-up to complete assigned tasks.Coordinate employer brand and recruitment strategy.This position will have to work with different vendors to ensure the data and policy follow-up.Maintain a customer service orientation in all interactions.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee data and other HR information.Desired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent.Advanced English speaking and writing skills.Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience with high call center volume hiring requirements.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and self-manage in a deadline-oriented environment with frequent interruptions.A proactive and positive approach combined with agility and a "can do" attitude.Strong collaboration, customer service, and communication skills.Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel high level required), processor, spreadsheet (highly proficient), presentation (highly proficient), Workday (desirable), and other PC applications.Only resumes submitted in English will be reviewed.
