And implementing SAP Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning & MRP processes for a high-volume semiconductor manufacturer including multiple wafer fabs, assembly/test operations, and warehouses. Including technical support and training.- Job description:- Primarily focus is on sales & distribution, material management, warehouse management and production planning elements within SAP and to support the business with the management of Material Masters (all views), Master Data (BOM's, Routings, Work Centers, Capacities, Quota Arrangements, Source List, Purchasing Information Records), Sales (Sales Orders, Auto Allocation, Shipping, & Pricing Controls), Purchasing (Purchase Orders, Scheduling Agreements & Purchase Requisitions), Production Control, Demand management, MRP and shop floor execution.- Provide solutions to business requirement and or problem statements using and implementing SAP best practices.- Prepares specific system documentation for process flows.- Develops specifications for custom reports and programs based on user requirements.- Provide training and support for business users relevant to SD/MM/PP and Engineering Elements Such as: Class/Characteristics, Documents, BOM's, Materials, Workflow, Delivery Notes, Transfer Orders and Inventory Management.- Manage specific background job requirements relative to deliveries and factory planning (MPS, MRP and Advanced Planning).- Troubleshoot critical job failures when required and resolve issues that prevent successful batch job execution.- Proficient on Researching SAP Notes.- Develop project plans including workload estimates, deliverables & timelines.- Design/develop testing processes to ensure end to end performance, programs and data integrity.- Lead system integration testing and user acceptance
