As a Support Engineer, you will be the technical interface to customers for resolution of problems related to the operation, recommended maintenance, and use of Oracle products. You should have an understanding of all Oracle products in your competencies and in-depth knowledge of several products and/or platforms. Additionally, you should be highly experienced in multiple platforms and be able to complete assigned duties with minimal direction from management. In this position, you will routinely act independently while researching and developing solutions to customer issues.Job duties are varied and complex, utilizing independent judgment. You should have product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus, as well as knowledge/experience with the Oracle Communications ACME elements such as SBC, SR, OCOM, and SDM. Strong communication skills are required to build rapport with team members and clients, and fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
