This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned designer to leverage their expertise and creativity to drive innovation in memory design.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products.Evaluate and identify best-known practices and communicate them to all DRAM teams.Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators.Oversee the layout process including floor planning, placement, and routing.Contribute to cross-group communication to work towards standardization and group success.Proactively solicit guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve design quality.Drive innovation into future memory generations within a dynamic work environment.Requirements:BS with 7+ years' experience or MS with 5+ years' experience.Proven knowledge/experience of CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics.Design digital or analog circuits using CMOS logic gates and transistors.Create floorplans that optimize circuit placement, signal routing, and power delivery.Use Spice and Verilog to simulate and verify circuit operation.Analyze circuits for power consumption, speed performance, and reliability.Model layout parasitics in simulation and verify proper signal routing and power supply connections.Proven knowledge/experience with Verilog modeling and simulation tools.Proven knowledge/experience of state machine logic/design verification techniques.Preferred Qualifications:Good understanding of ASIC design flow including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis, and timing analysis.Experience in ASIC timing constraints generation and timing closure using STA tools (Primetime) and the associated design flow.Experience in RTL development for logic or mixed-signal circuits.About Your Skills:Strong experience with memory (NAND, DRAM, NOR, SRAM, etc.) design.Good verbal and written communication skills to efficiently synthesize and convey sophisticated technical concepts.Familiarity with schematic entry and simulation using Finesim or Hspice.Consistent track record of innovation and problem-solving in high-performance memory development.A self-motivated, hard-working team player who enjoys working with diverse abilities and backgrounds.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.We're Looking for Someone Who:Has a strong passion for innovative memory design.Is committed to delivering high-quality results.Thrives in a collaborative environment.$140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience level, location, and qualifications.
