Job Summary: We are seeking a Design Engineer to design and analyze digital and analog circuits for memory product development. This role focuses on creating innovative solutions from technology development to product validation in an inclusive and diverse environment.
Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of new DRAM products and design methodologies.Evaluate and communicate best practices to DRAM teams.Oversee the layout design process, including floor planning and routing.Foster communication across groups to achieve standardization.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience.Knowledge in CMOS circuit design and device physics.Experience in simulation using tools like Spice and Verilog.Familiarity with logic verification techniques and state machine design.What Sets You Apart: Experience in memory design (NAND, DRAM, NOR, SRAM).Effective communication skills for conveying technical concepts.Proven track record of innovation and problem-solving.Location: This position is based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
