We are looking for a Principal Engineer - Design Methodology to join our team

What's a MUST?

Experience designing CMOS circuits using logic gates and transistors.

Knowledge of Verilog, Spice, and other simulation tools.

Familiarity with Memory Technologies.

Fluent English level (Written and Spoken)

What Will you do?

Develop new DRAM products and logic IPs with advanced design methodologies.

Perform circuit verification and simulation with tools like Spice and Verilog to ensure silicon-to-simulation correlation.

Oversee layout design, including floor planning, placement, and routing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and process improvements.
