Your role at Baxter. Main objective of the position: Covering this role, you'll plan, schedule and lead project assignments in the evaluation, selection and adaptation of various engineering techniques, procedures and criteria with minimal guidance. The role involves working with Cuernevaca Renal manufacturing site.

What you'll be doing With minimal guidance, scope complex VIP projects in pre-approval phase through the building of respective business cases. This involves consulting with several cross functions to estimate savings, build overall project timelines and estimate all the resource, capital and operational expenditures required.With minimal guidance, schedule and lead a team through the planning and execution of a smaller project or defined piece of a larger project. This includes constructing detailed, accurate project schedules, interfacing with development groups and technical support groups.Monitor and report project costs including capital and cross-functional expenses.Devises new approaches to complex problems through adaptations and modifications of standard technical principles.
