Are you a Senior Engineer looking for a new opportunity?Partner with the best.As a Senior Engineer - Mechanical Component - the work includes mechanical and/or electrical engineering for all products.As a Principal Engineer in mechanical design of wellheads and /or Christmas tree equipment for the Oil & Gas industry, you will be responsible for:Executing the design, analysis, and evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to industry and business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. This work will include mechanical design engineering and analysis for all products.Applying existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems or processes. Viewed internally and externally as a specialist in the discipline.Presenting project plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.Communicating solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations.Providing technical guidance to younger or less experienced engineers, fostering growth and development.Fuel your passion.To be successful in this role you will need:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university or college.Minimum of 13 years of experience in mechanical design and development of wellheads and /or Christmas tree equipment for the Oil & Gas industry.Strong understanding and hands-on experience using API 6A standard.Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including statics, strength of materials, and materials science.Strong understanding of GD&T principles, ASME Y14.5-1994/2009, and tolerance stack up analysis.English and Spanish proficiency.Proficiency in CAD software (Pro-E/CREO, AutoCAD), simulation tools (ANSYS, others), and math calculations software (Mathcad, others).Familiar with the use of PLM software (Teamcenter).Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.Work in a way that works for you.We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
