Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the identification of challenges and opportunities for digital solutions, interpret Takeda's SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders throughout the entire journey. Your expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and healthcare industry knowledge will be instrumental in shaping the future of patient-centric digital solutions.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Works with the business to identify the patient challenges and opportunities for digital solutions to make an impact.- Lead workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities for digital solutions within the healthcare domain. Conduct High Level Assessments and design workshops.- Interpret Takeda's SDLC and guide junior business analysts and stakeholders through the digital solution journey.- Ensure that analytical outputs adhere to established standards and are aligned with the needs of the healthcare industry.- Process and decompose internal business requirements into specifications and user stories, with a focus on patient-centric solutions.- Form the bridge between the business and team of testers and developers during successful patient solution development.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and training within the Salesforce Health Cloud environment.- Provide continuous updates to business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Delivery Manager during project delivery, and communicate changes, problems, and ambiguities in a timely manner- Understanding and/or strong interest in technologies that can serve patients e.G., Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, as well as low-code app development tools.**Leadership**:- Persuasive communication skills and understanding dependencies across technology initiatives.- Facilitates a culture which is open for innovation and high-quality delivery.- Assertive, with the confidence to be a voice of authority.- Ability to promote innovative thinking and self-development.- Create and maintain an atmosphere of trust through facilitation of retrospectives and feedback exchange among team members.- Help other teams and conventional parts of the organization build effective communication and interaction with the team.- Coordinate interaction with other teams of one's own and other units
