Utilities equipment includes, but no limited, Chillers, Boilers, Air Handling Units, Exhaust ventilation, Dehumidifiers, Cooling Towers, Compressed Air Systems, Reheat, Fire Prevention, Emergency Power Generators, Water Treatment, UPS, Environmental Control and Employees entrance systems. The Facilities/Maintenance technicians document all maintenance activities executed on the site computer maintenance management system (CMMS).The Facilities/Maintenance technicians perform, as needed, maintenance service and repairs in the area of plumbing, carpentry, painting and other building upkeep activities. He also, Plans, coordinates, inspects, and performs maintenance and supports project management for facility related projects, including but not limited to, building remodeling construction, equipment installation, equipment divesture, safety and environmental compliance activities, mechanical systems maintenance plans, and energy management programs.You will be responsible for:Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:- Ensures facility maintenance and controlled environmental monitoring activities are complete, recorded and on schedule.- Participates in facilities equipment installations, as required- Performs site infrastructure and building system minor equipment repairs.- Ensures building systems contractors follow EES requirements when working on site premises.- Manage and record spare parts inventory for facilities systems and equipment.- Follows all company safety policies and safety precautions within the work area
