Facilities/Maintenance technicians are responsible for maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of utilities equipment, maintaining the physical structure of the establishment and general electrical systems in an industrial, cGMP regulated facility. Utilities equipment includes, but is not limited to, chillers, boilers, air handling units, exhaust ventilation, dehumidifiers, cooling towers, compressed air systems, reheat, fire prevention, emergency power generators, water treatment, UPS, environmental control, and employee entrance systems. The Facilities/Maintenance technicians document all maintenance activities executed on the site computer maintenance management system (CMMS).You will be responsible for:Ensuring facility maintenance and controlled environmental monitoring activities are complete, recorded, and on schedule.Participating in facilities equipment installations, as required.Performing site infrastructure and building system minor equipment repairs.Ensuring building systems contractors follow EES requirements when working on site premises.Managing and recording spare parts inventory for facilities systems and equipment.Following all company safety policies and safety precautions within the work area.Ensuring compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level
