We are looking for an exceptional Principal Financial Analyst within our Global Supply Chain Finance organization. You will report to the Director of Finance, Supply Chain & Procurement and will be a key support for the Global Supply Chain team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative international environment navigating multiple technologies, systems, processes, organizations, sites, cultures and practices.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Partnering with the Global Supply Chain providing financial expertise to connect activities and actions to financial outcomes, focused primarily on inventory, material costs & expenses, with opportunities to expand to other areas & support ad hoc requirements.- Provide analysis of financial results, investigate variances and trends, and provide insights to help drive business decisions and actions.- Prepare monthly metrics and reporting, including projected forecast updates and risk and opportunity tracking.- Partner with our Global Supply Chain team on budgeting and forecasting total supply chain costs.- Work directly with category management & sourcing to analyze projects & validate savings on realized projects. Own the translation of profit & cash initiatives to division benefits.- Work with sourcing to utilize analytic skills to make data-driven decisions - assist with landed cost analysis that help drive sourcing decisions; develop tools/templates to assist in analysis
Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field with 7+ years of related experience- Advanced MS Excel capabilities- Experience around unhealthy inventory measurements and visualization- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills- Self-starting, self-directed, team-oriented professional with ability to independently determine the direction of work required and priority of projects- Experienced financial analysis and communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with management, international teams, and all stakeholders
Preferred skills:
- Understand Operations and Supply Chain Management process flow and inter-relation to ERP systems- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management system (or similar)- Proficiency with BI software such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlick View
